Welcome to Beccles Community Choir… a fun and friendly group set up in 2011 to promote singing and music as something that is enjoyable, inclusive and accessible to everybody and to explore the positive health benefits of singing together.
Our sessions are friendly and informal and we sing all styles and genres of music, including; Musicals, Pop, Soul, Folk, Gospel, Reggae, Disney, Jazz, Rock and Country as well as World repertoire and Festive/Christmas songs.
We are based in the charming and peaceful market town of Beccles, full of independent shops and winding streets and we meet at the Waveney Centre which offers stunning views over the river Waveney.
Beccles Community Choir is suitable for absolute beginners or more advanced singers. New members are always welcome – no experience is necessary and all ages and any abilities are welcome.
